What we would like to convey
Through our projects we strengthen interpersonal understanding across national borders.
Play is ultimately inextricably linked to the development of a child's skills and overall personality. Children promote their social behaviour through their play.
However, children cannot sufficiently live out their urge to move around in cities either at home or at school. The consequences are an alarming increase in the number of children with movement and behaviour disorders.
On the other hand, playgrounds can also give socially weaker children the opportunity to forget, at least temporarily, the difficulties of their everyday life.
PLAYGROUNDS FOR THE WORLD strengthens understanding and solidarity for children. You too can contribute to this with your donation.
Ethical business, our common responsibility
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, or generally speaking, economy on the one hand and the solution of social challenges on the other hand, do not have to be a contradiction in terms.
In today's world, companies play a key role in ensuring an environmentally and socially responsible life. They bear a special responsibility, as they already operate largely on a global scale.
We at PLAYGROUNDS FOR THE WORLD want to actively promote this responsibility. We want companies to be able to act as social investors through us. Above all, we want to contribute to the fall of the wall in our minds, that social problems cannot be solved, that economy and social issues do not really fit together.
Our credo is to work sensibly for the implementation of children's rights under otherwise equal economic conditions. We want one thing above all else: impact.
Through our playgrounds we organise real, timely, measurable and sustainable changes.
